Vista 5342 does not show on MSDN Universal Downloads. Is it a special CTP ?

Vista Build 5342 is an interim build available exclusively to Vista Beta testers. It is not available to MSDN subscribers as it is not a CTP.

I am on the Ascend program, i cannot see i place to download it :(
but..... is it realy worth the upgrade?

Not me the other hand, I was one of the first to kick off the download! No HTTP or 500 errors for me <G>
